Up North Prevention Participates in the Second Annual Family Carnival Hosted by Child and Family Services

Several Alpena area support agencies took part in the second annual Family Carnival hosted by Child and Family Services. Prizes, candy, and games were given to area youth to help build rapport and connectivity. The carnival was a big success with lots of new relationships developed.
