Students Visit Hillman Haven and Medilodge for Veterans Day

Hillman Students Leading Students (SLS) members visited Hillman Haven & Medilodge today for Veterans Day.   Each resident received a goodie bag filled with treats and an American Flag. Several of the SLS students paired up with Hillman Haven residents to connect through communication and become their PenPals to help alleviate feelings of loneliness and provide comfort and happiness to these residents.  The smiles on their faces were priceless.
